Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
At Max Auto Glass, we stand behind the quality of our work. We provide a Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on qualifying windshield and auto glass installations for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle.
What’s Covered
Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covers defects resulting from installation workmanship performed by Max Auto Glass, including:
- Air or wind noise caused by improper installation
- Water leaks caused by improper installation
- Improperly installed or secured glass
- Installation-related molding or adhesive issues
- Other installation defects determined to be the result of Max Auto Glass workmanship
- Defects in the glass
If a covered workmanship issue occurs, Max Auto Glass will inspect the vehicle and, when the issue is confirmed to be related to our installation, correct the workmanship issue at no charge to the customer.
What’s Not Covered
The Lifetime Workmanship Warranty does not cover damage or conditions unrelated to the original Max Auto Glass installation, including:
- Rock chips, cracks, or impact damage occurring after installation
- Accidents, collisions, vandalism, theft, or acts of nature
- Rust, corrosion, structural deterioration, or pre-existing vehicle conditions
- Damage caused by vehicle repairs, modifications, body work, or other services performed after our installation
- Damage to moldings, clips, trim, sensors, wiring, or other components caused by normal wear, external damage, or pre-existing conditions
- ADAS or camera calibration issues unrelated to the workmanship of the glass installation
Subsequent Glass Installation or Work
This Lifetime Workmanship Warranty is void if the glass installed by Max Auto Glass is removed, replaced, reinstalled, resealed, adjusted, repaired, or otherwise serviced by another auto glass company, repair facility, technician, or third party.
If another shop subsequently replaces or installs glass in the same opening, Max Auto Glass is not responsible for the workmanship, materials, leaks, wind noise, damage, calibration concerns, or other conditions resulting from that subsequent installation.
Customers experiencing a potential workmanship issue should contact Max Auto Glass before allowing another provider to perform corrective work so that we have an opportunity to inspect and address the concern under this warranty.
Warranty Term
This warranty remains in effect for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle, provided the original Max Auto Glass installation remains in place and has not been altered or serviced by another provider.
The warranty is non-transferable and ends when ownership of the vehicle is transferred.
Proof of the original Max Auto Glass installation may be required.
Warranty Service
If you believe there is an issue with your installation, contact Max Auto Glass to schedule an inspection. We will evaluate the concern and determine whether it is covered under the Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
If the concern is determined to be the result of our workmanship and is covered by this warranty, Max Auto Glass will repair or correct the installation at no charge.
